Q: Is it ok to copy someone elses business and do the same thing ? I am taking the same method that they sell clothing. I have no relation with such a person. I don’t know why I feel wrong. I just think the person will think that I copied them and having ill feelings towards me.
A: It is permissible for you to sell the same item or open up the same business provided you do not do anything against the laws of Shariah.
