Smoking: Shisha and Cigarettes – Permissible or Makrooh Tanzeehi?

Q: 

  1. Is it permissible to smoke Shisha? I heard that its makrooh Tanzihi is this correct? If it isn’t permissible to smoke Shisha what is the reason?
  2. Is it permissible to smoke cigarette or its makrooh Tanzeehi?

  2. It is makrooh.
