Husband and wife Hugging in Ramadhaan

Q: Husband and wife kissed hugged and husband touched wife’s chest during Ramadan. However the wife had her period

  1. Is the fast broken or nullified?
  2. Are they sinful?
  3. Should they give kaffara?

A: No.

They do not have to do kaffarah, but they must exercise precaution.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
