When does sehri time finish?

Q: I actually had a question. What is the ruling about closing your sehri? Are you supposed to stop as soon as the time finishes or can you finish the food you were eating and drink water during/after the adhan. Basically eat your fill and then stop. This Maslah has been rampant here in Pakistan. Are there any ahadeeth specifying when you should stop eating? And are there any narrations that tell of the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam’s) sunnah on this aspect. Did he finish what he was eating or did he stop as soon as Fajr time entered?

A: Sehri time ends with subh-e-saadiq. Once subh-e-saadiq has come in it is not permissible to eat or drink anything.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
