The name Feroz and Feroza

Q: What does a boys name Feroz and girls name Feroza mean? I was told it’s not permissible to keep a girls name Feroza and boys name Feroz,is this true? If yes will it be compulsory to change the name if the above names were kept and is it a sin if the names are not changed?
