Q: If a family is facing some financial problems can a girl go for a job in a firm? Is there any problem if a girl goes for a job in Islam?
A: It is best for women and more safeguarding for their Deen and chastity that they remain within the confines of their home. Without a valid Shar’ee need they should not leave their home. The corporate environment where women are seen rubbing shoulders with men is an anti Islamic environment.
