Is the fast valid if ghusal-e-janaabat is not taken before Fajr Salaah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: In Ramadhan, if I perform ghusl e janaabat before zohar prayers and not before the fajar prayers, is my fast valid in this case?

A: Yes. However, it is sinful to delay the ghusl that will obviously amount to you not performing fajr salaah.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
