Should I perform my Salaah in the Musjid or Jamaat khana if both are nearby?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: A jamaat khana and a Masjid are nearby but the jamaat khana is nearer to where I work. Will it be more virtuous to read salaat in the jamaat khana or Masjid?

A: If you are able to hear the Azaan, you should go to the Musjid.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
