Q: I have read in kitaabs that a woman in haiz must wear clothes that prevent transfer of body heat during relations with husband. Please can mufti saheb explain this and give examples of clothing that would be fine to wear. E.g are tights fine?
A: The area between the navel and the knee of the wife should be covered with any cloth.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
فيجوز الاستمتاع بالسرة وما فوقها والركبة وما تحتها ولو بلا حائل وكذا بما بينهما بحائل بغير الوطء ولو تلطخ دما ( رد المحتار 1/292)
