Children out of wedlock

Q: If a man has 3 kids out of wedlock (2 sons & 1 daughter) and he has passed on. Is it permissible for them to inherit of his estate? Or who is entitled to rightfully inherit? His parents have passed on aswell.

A: The surviving heirs of the deceased will inherit from his estate.The 2 sons and 1 daughter born out of wedlock will not inherit from the deceased. 

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
