Reciting Attahiyyaat or Surah Faatiha twice in Salaah

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: If you read attahiyaat twice in one rakaat do you have to do sajda sahw and if you read surah fatiha twice in one rakat do you have to do sajda sahw?

A: One who recites Surah Faatihah twice in the first two rakaats of the Fardh namaaz will have to make Sajdah-e-Sahw. The same applies to one who recites the attahiyyaat twice in the first qa`dah of a four rakaat namaaz.
