Performing Eid Salaah on the slab or on the premises of a new Musjid

Q: A new Musjid is being built however only the slabs of the Musjid have been placed. Is it permissible to perform the Eid Salaah on the slab or on the premises of that new Musjid.

A: Yes. It is permissible.

( والخروج إليها ) أي الجبانة لصلاة العيد ( سنة وإن وسعهم المسجد الجامع ) (الدر المختار 2/169)
