Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I had rented out my property to a non-muslim who is running online shopping business i mean he is selling ladies clothes from there so my question is if he do some unlawful and wrong activity over there than i will be sinful for it and my rental income will be halaal? My intention is leasing property for renting purpose.

Bismillaah

A: No, you will not be sinful and the money you receive through renting the property to him will be halaal.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
