Drinking flavoured items in the state of ihraam

Q:

1- In the state of Ihraam if a person drinks water which has rose or Kewra inside, is there any penalty?

2- In the state of Ihraam if a person drinks milk shake which has rose syrup inside or drinks strawberry milk shakes, is there any penalty?

3- Is it permissible to drink juice like Ribena or Miranda etc in the state of Ihraam?

Bismillaah

A:

1. If the fragrance has been added to the water and covers the whole mouth then dum will have to be given.

2. Strawberry flavouring is not a scent.

3. What is not known as a fragrance can be consumed.
