How many veins should be cut when making zabah

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: How should one do zabah of a pigeon, chicken, poultry? How many veins should be cut?

Bismillaah

A: At the time of slaughter the following four arteries or at least three should be cut (windpipe, food pipe and both jugular veins) with taking the name of Allah Ta’ala at the time of slaughter.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
