Calculating Missed Salaats: Age 12 or 15 for Baaligh Maturity?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: One is not aware when one became matured i.e. became baalig. To then calculate all one’s missed (Quaza) salaats from when one became mature, should the calculation be deemed from the age of 12 or 15?

Bismillaah

A: If one did not experience a wet dream before the age of fifteen, then one should calculate from the age of fifteen.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
