Distributing the Qurbaani meat equally among the shareholders

Q: If several people purchase shares in a camel or cow, how should they distribute the meat among themselves?

Bismillaah

A: The meat will have to be distributed equally among the shareholders in proportion to their shares. If the meat is not distributed proportionately, it will be impermissible.

ويقسم اللحم وزنا لا جزافا الا إذا ضم من الأكارع أو الجلد (الدر المختار ص317-318 ج6)​
