Removing hair for women

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Fatwa.org.au
1) What parts of the body are women allowed to remove hair from?
2) Can women use a shaver to remove pubic hair?
3) What about hair from her legs and arms?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

1) Apart from the hair on the head and the eyebrows, a woman can remove all other hair. (Bahishti Zewar: 2/77)

When removing pubic hair, it is preferable for a woman to pluck out the hair (by using tweezers for example). However, shaving the pubic hair is also permissible. (Ahsanul Fatawa: 8/78)

It is permissible for a woman to shave her legs and arms. Also, read this answer:
