_ Is carmine used in lipstick permissible to use? The number given is carmine CI 75470

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

_ If the lipstick contains pigment derived from cochineal or it contains other impure/haram ingredients, it will not be permissible to use it. We do not have information about the ingredients used in the lipstick in reference.
