My brother did Du’aa at hajj, I did Du’aa on my Umrah and I cannot keep this from my mum, this will be 4th time he has been busted being up to no good.

Answer:

It is unlawful to maintain an intimate relation with a strange woman. Your father has acted in a most incorrect manner, but this does not imply that you should act by causing any physical harm to her. You do not have the right to do this. You should rather caution her, that the man, with whom she speaks, is a husband to a loyal wife and a father of concerned children. Make her understand that her shameful activities will create enmity amongst the family members of both parties.

You should also continue adopting different methods in order to make your father understand, and refer him to a pious or influential person with whom he is impressed and respects. Perhaps by following these guidelines, your father will terminate his unlawful relationship.
