Question:
Dear Mufti Saab. Can u please put some light on these sex related questions. As I understand a man is permitted to fondle his wife’s breast for pleasure. In this context can u explain these questions:
1. Is a man permitted to suck his wife’s breast?
2. If yes then in doing so if milk enters his mouth and he spits it out then what is the rule?
3. If he does not spit it out and swallows it by mistake then what is the rule?
4. If he swallows it intentionally then what is the rule? Is his marriage broken?
5. Is it permitted for a husband and wife to have oral sex.
6. Can they read sex stories without pictures for pleasure and foreplay? I shall be grateful for your help.
Answer:
1. The husband is allowed to fondle the wife’s breasts for pleasure.
2. If he spits the milk out, without swallowing it then there is no harm. This is what should be done if the milk enters his mouth.
3. It is Haraam to swallow the milk intentionally; however the Nikah will not be rendered invalid. (Ad-Durrul Mukhtaar, Vol. 2, Page 438-449, Azizul Fataawaa, Page 770, Ahsanul Fataawaa, Vol. 8, Page 126, Fataawaa Mahmoodiyah, Vol. 12, Page 318)
4. It is unbefitting of Muslims to act in such an ill-mannered way and therefore regarded as Makrooh.
5. It is permissible to do so. (Al-Mughni li Ibne Qudamah, Vol. 10, Page 232, Al-Baqarah, 187.)
