Q. There are presently many frozen turkeys in supermarkets. Can you please inform as to which is halal? Any info on “Great Foods” products?
A. Presently, the turkeys in supermarkets are not certified as halal by us because it is mechanically slaughtered.
Great Foods beef ham and lamb legs are said to be halaal but we did not make any site visit.
