Unlawful money for deeni students fees

Answer
To give unlawful money to the madrasah for the fees of a student is impermissible and in the future you should refrain from giving such wealth to a madrasah or any other religious institutions. (Fatawa Mahmoodiyah p.193 v.5)
As the money has been given to the madrasah and it is difficult to locate the exact money therefore, it is permissible for the madrasah to use it as the ruling is given on the majority of something. (Fatawa Hindiyyah p.343 v.5)
