(1) While I go to the toilet every time a thick white fluid comes out from penis without force while doing toilet, penis was not erected at the same time. But the fluid is so thick that like mani, hence I am confused that it is mani or wadi. Please guide me in this case. If any person having above problem had done the Hajj and Umrah, was it valid?

The fluid which comes after and before urination is wadi it breaks only wudhu and does not make ghusl wajib. In case of mani it is necessary that it comes out with jerk and lust and the lust vanishes after it. If you did wudhu after it came out then hajj and Umrah was valid and if you did it without wudhu then you should explain which act of hajj and Umrah you did in this state, e.g. tawaf, then either you did whole tawaf without wudhu or some rounds?
