Can we ask Auliya kiram to mediate with Allah per Quran and Sunnah?

My question going to shrine (Mazar) of Auliya kiram and seeking help from them or making them as mediator to Almighty Allah is right or wrong according to Quran and Sunnah?

Answer

(Fatwa: 45/45/M=1434)

One should not visit such Mazars (graves) where Shirk and Bid’ah is practiced and where men and women meet together. It is not lawful to seek help from Awliya. Yes, one can supplicate with their intermediation.
