Is there a delay in breaking fast, or can we do it immediately after ghurub timing with accurate time available?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Nowadays we get exact time due to satellite time, if we have correct time available can we break fast as soon as sun is set (immediately after ghurub timing) or still we have to wait for 1-2 minutes for breaking fast.
There is dispute between us , some people say that we should break fast immediately after sun is set (immediately after ghurub timing) as we have correct time available .They site hadith that there should be delay in breaking fast and some people still want to take 1-2 minute precaution, what is correct view, please reply at earliest possible time.

As precautionary measure, there is no harm in making the delay of one or two minutes. It does not come under the delay which has been mentioned in Hadith.
