What is Islam’s stance on unmarried pregnancy and remarriage?

If a girl is not married and her relation is with a boy and the girl become a pregnant, or the boy was not agree to marry, and girl marry to another boy, so the girl is sitting iddat before marry, and in this case iddat is must.

(Fatwa: 1184/743/H=1432)

Iddah is not wajib in the case mentioned above.
