Can you please clarify the issues I have with Namaz according to Hanafi Fiqh?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Assalamualikum Mufti Sahib? I am working in Oman, In general most of the Masjid’s and I have some issues in Namaz, can u please clarify the same, please see below the same. 1. According to Hanafi Fiqh it is Fard in Namaz (i.e) we must Stand some time (taken time of to recite Subhanalla 1 time) after takbira Taharima. If the imam is started Sura fatiya within 2 seconds after Takbira Taharima, shall we recite Sana sub..(there is no time after qiyam) ? 2. According to my Deeni friend, we must not recite Sana Sub? if the Imam is started to receite Sura Fatiya? is it correcti ? 3. In Last kaida (reciting Haitaiyatu?) there is no time to recite Dua-e-Masura(After Haitaiyatu & Darood-e-Ibrahim) as the Imam is finished Namaz by Salam?, during this sitition we need to recite Dua-e-Masura and then make Salam or we should make Salam during the time of reciting Salam (i.e.) without reciting the Dua-e-Masura

Answer

(Fatwa: 708/708=M/1430)

It is not necessary to stand up for awhile. If muqtadi performs takbeer tahreemah and then joins the imam in ruku?, he will be supposed to fulfil the obligation of standing and will be considered to have found the complete rak?ah. If you want to ask anything else, explain it and submit the question again.

(2) When the imam started reciting Surah Fatihah, it is wajib to listen to it, so now there is no thana (سبحانک اللھم بحمدک ۔۔۔۔). Your friend is right.

(3) If some part of Du’a Mathoorah is remaining and muqtadi expects to complete it and join the first salam of imam, he should do so i.e. first should complete reciting the du’a and then join the imam in first salam, otherwise he should leave the du’a and join the imam in salam.
