Is the Ramadan fund divided among the Hafezs considered Zahez?

In Ramadan we pray tarabih. In our mosque we appoint 2 Hafez for tarabih salat. They recite the whole quran in tarabih salat. We have a ramadan fund. We divide takas of Ramadan fund to the Hafezs. Is it Zahez?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1495/1175/L=1430)

It is unlawful to distribute taka to these hafizs as gift as both the parties are sinful i.e. those who give and those who receive.
