Can namaz be prayed from the start of subuh sadiq to sun rise?

whether nafil namaz can be prayed from the start of subuh sadiq to sun rise? (2) please clarify after how many minutes from sun set, magrib namaz time ends? Few people say 60 minutes and few people say 75 minutes from sun set. what is the correct minutes from sun set?

Performing nafl then is makrooh:

ویکرہ التنفل بعد طلوع الفجر بأکثر من سنۃ قبل أداء الفرض الخ (طحطاوي علی مراقي الفلاح)

(2) The time of Maghrib is from sunset to red twilight (shafaq). As soon as the red twilight will set, the time of Maghrib will come to an end and the time of Isha will start. It is difficult to determine it with hour and minute; since it varies season to season and place to place. In our area, the time of salah generally the time of Maghrib Salah lasts for less than one and half an hour.
