What is the meaning of not using your right hand during istinja (Bahisti zewar)?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
It is mentioned that do not use your right hand during istinja. [Bahisti zewar] What does it mean ? Either do not hold your private parts with your right hand or do not hold stone with your right hand? Or do not use your right hand at all during istinja. We generally hold our private parts with left hand and stone with right hand. Are we correct?

(Fatwa: 995/D=148/K=1432)

The hadith means that one should avoid using right hand while answering nature’s call as much as possible. It does not mean that the use of right hand is forbidden. There is no harm in taking clod in right hand and doing istinja.
