I read answer to the hair colour given by Darul Ifta. Where it is mentioned that Black hair colour is not allowed. When you say that colours other than black are allowed. Can one apply brown colour hair dye/ hair colour ( not the menhdi)

(Fatwa: 2637/H=1023/th=1431)
It is allowed to apply brown hair dye provided it does not contain any impure ingredient and does not get layer i.e. only it colours the hair and no other element gets over the hair that may stop water to get the hair.
