Now a days ,many people of knowledge say Meena and Muzdalifa are also included in holy Mecca. So for being Muqeem, 15 days or more stay is counted including stay in Meena and Muzdalifa. What is your opinion ?If counted as one city then , does one day journey of Arafat during 5 days stay of Mina break the continuity provided one return late night back to Muzdalifa ? In fact,last year most of the people counted it as one city and performed salaat accordingly.

Mina and Muzdalfah both are two separate places. Both are among the Sha’air of Allah and will remain so till the Day of Judgment. Makkah is a separate city. Mina and Makkah have not been merged together. What people say now that Mina has been merged with Makkah is not true. Deoband and Saharanpur have expressed their opinion about Mina not being combined with Makkah. If you wish, we can send its copy to you.
