Can the Aqiqah be performed between two different days? I mean for a boy baby, cut one day one goat and cut 2nd goat after two days, so that we can eat meat for a longer time.

You can do two aqiqah in two days but your intention of eating meat for longer time is not correct. Aqiqah is the Sunnah of the holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم), it should be done with the intention of sunnah. It is not right to do Aqiqah with the intention of eating meat:
لَن يَنَالَ اللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَاؤُهَا وَلَكِن يَنَالُهُ التَّقْوَى مِنكُمْ [الحج : 37]
It is neither their flesh nor their blood that reaches Allah, but what does reach Him is the taqwa (the sense of obedience) on your part.
Aqiqah is also similar to Qurbani.
