What are the tax implications of selling property purchased with bribe money?

My fater earlier use to take bribe that time he has purchased property and also he purchased one house on loan with bank on intrest. 1. I selled house ,income what is ruling of money i got after selling this house? 2.Property he purchesed at time of his serving (I can not know amount is which type wheter mejority portion is bribe or good amount – He is expired) so if i sell this property what is ruling for that money?

If you are sure or most probably your father paid the bank loan with bribe money or the property was purchased purely by bribe money, in this case it is necessary to return the amount to their original owners (those who have given in bribe) if they are known. But, if the owners are not known, the amount should be given in charity. If the income of your father was mixed and you are not sure that he purchased the property purely with bribe money, in this case the heirs can utilize his property.
