Is this marriage valid in Islam?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
What has been said in Islam about those parents who have made their daughter marry a guy against her will, whom she didn’t love, but, in fact that girl was in deep love with some other guy to whom she had permitted to make physical relation ship, and in fact that boy was just able to insert tip of his penis to her vagina.she wanted to marry that guy but her parents has built up pressure on her to marry a guy of their choice rather to her choice with whom she was in deep love. now if that daughter marry to a guy of their parent’s choice but didn’t confess about her relationship with a guy whom she loved in front of a guy to whom she got married. what is the basis of this marriage according to islam in which a guy didn’t know about her wife who had made physical relationship. what would u say about those parents, about that girl who has not confessed her past relation in front of that guy whom she got married and about validity of this marriage?

Answer

(Fatwa: 2004/1545=H)

If the ijaab and Qubool (offer of nikah from one side and acceptance from the other side) was rightly done with all conditions, the nikah took place. If she had any physical relation with anybody she should repent to Allah and ask for His forgiveness, and should avoid having any relation again with the man and thus she should intend to intend to live happily with her husband.

(2) The parents are generally and naturally well-wishers of their children, so they are more farsighted and intelligent in this regard than their children, therefore initiative taken by the parents of the girl is better.

(3) It did not affect the nikah. Yes, she should repent to Allah sincerely from the sin she committed and shun such acts in future. There is no need to confess the sin in front of her husband, rather she should keep quiet.
