How can we attain the same reward as prophets and how is justice given to all on the Day of Judgment?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Ask mufti sab,I have few questions, 1.what is the fate of non baligh children who die?will they get jannat ul firdous as they r sinless? Why is that they are not required to endure the test of the world wereas we r supposed to face the hardships? How is that they get the jannat just like that and we have to work to get the same jannat? 2. what is the Islamic ruling regarding haermophrodites(bisexual)? In the quran allah mentions only about two genders whereas there is no mention of the third gender? 3 when does rooh(soul) enter the foetus?on the day of judgment will only those who were bestowed with rooh will be raised? Who will give names to those who died without a name? 4 plz read this question carefully.it is rue that allah choose among mankind some persons as prophets and also our prophet muhammed pbuh.and then his companions were choosen. i do not question the creation of allah as I know that our knowledge is nothing when compared to his.my question is what one should do to get reward (janaat) that the prophets will get???i am NOT ASKING TO REACH THE STATUS OF THE PROPHETS?I KNOW THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE. And allah says he will give justice to each and everyone on the day of judgement. 5 is it true that at any point of time even if we are not doing any good deed we are still being rewarded for abstaining from sins

Answer

(Fatwa: 491/392/H=1431)

(1)    According to you, the criteria for going in Jannah is hard work, this is not the only reason but there are other reasons and the real one is the sanctity and mercy of Almighty Allah.

(1)    Being everything mentioned in the holy Quran is neither proved by reason nor by Shariah.

(2)    Usually soul enters in a foetus after passing four months. Foetus that were not given life and were aborted will not be resurrected. We could not get any explanation regarding those who died without a name.

(3)    It is expected to get this felicity by choosing sincerity and steadfastness in that particular practice which gives the glad tiding regarding the company of prophets (peace be upon them) in Jannah. Difference in status is clearly obvious. If someone is the servant of a prime minister and stays day and night in his bungalow then both (the servant and master) would be the resident of the same bungalow, the same case is with Jannah.

(4)    To abstain oneself from sin is rewardful, for example one gets the chance to look at non-mahram and his heart desires so, then also he keeps himself away with it fearing Allah.
