Is investing in a rice business with a minimum share of Rs. 50,000 halal or haram?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
asalamoualikum mufti sahab there is a person in our locality who does business in rice which he is telling and loots of people and who understand islam properly r investing in it (muslim men and women)i wanted to clarify some doubts about the same. 1)The minimum share is of RS 50,000 and if u invest RS 50000 u get profit of RS 1000 PLUS MINUS RS100 TO RS300 per month. profit is not fixed we get money on montly baisis. 1)so is it halal or haram as we always get some money every month to be clear there is no loose only less or more then 1000RS(RS100-RS300). 2)HE says TO us that u can visit our gowdon and c the rice stock. 3)please let me know mufti sahab if we should invest in that business or not.

Your doubts are substantial; therefore you should not invest in the business.
