(1) If I am reciting surah ‘Ikhlas’ 100 times a day, so do I need to say Bimilla Hir Rahmanirrahim’ every time before the start of surah? And if I am reciting from surah ‘Alam Tara’ till the end, so do need to say the same before start of every surah? (2) What would you say about the profession of ladies tailor doing by a man? Is it right for a man to take body measurement of ladies and stitch clothes? (3) Is it necessary to remove hair around anus, as it causes much difficulty?

(Fatwa: 311/391/D=1433)
(1) It is masnoon to recite bismillah at the begining of new surah and in case of reciting the same surah repeatedly it is also sunnah.
(2) It is right for male to stitch clothes of females and it is makrooh to measure the body of non-mahram woman directly. It is haram to go unveil or touching the body.
(3) It is better.
