Is it ok to pray without adhan if I’m in a rush?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
If I want to pray in mosque , salah time has started but there is time for a adhan (Normally in asian country there is gap between starting time of salah and adhan) and I have to pray early due to some engagment (may be i have to catch some transort or some appointment) is it necessary to give adahn? If I give adhan for me then there will be second adhan for normal prayer is it correct or i should pray my salah without adhan?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1259/1197=B/1430)

Sometime in urgent cases, you can go after performing salah with azan and iqamah. Your azan and iqamah will not suffice for the locality; they will call separate azan and iqamah for their salah. If you performed salah without azan and iqamah, then also your salah will be valid.
