The scholars of Fiqh have written that the second jama’ah in the portion of mosque is makrooh.
ويكره تكرار الجماعة بأذان و إقامة في مسجد محلة (درمختار)
If you miss your jama’ah, you can do second jama’ah in the exterior part of the mosque.
