Q: Is marriage to a woman who is pregnant with your child valid?

A:Yes marriaige is valid and sexual intercourse is also permissible immediately.If the woman is pregnant from zinaa and someone besides the man who made her pregnant wish to get married to her then he may do so.However he should wait till she delivers the pregnancy before having sexual intercourse with her.
