Q: If you have vaseline on your body parts and you make wudhu, does the water penetrate your skin? Is your wudhu accepted?
A: If the vaseline is rubbed into the skin and is not applied in a thick layer on the skin, then wudhu will be valid. If the vaseline is in a thick layer, water will not penetrate that and wudhu will not be valid. One shall have to remove the vaseline and make wudhu.
