Q: What is the ruling regarding the covering of feet in salaah for women?
A. Salaah of a female is valid without the feet being covered. (Al Inaayah V1 P418). This is according to the Hanafi Madhab.
According to the Shaafi’ee Madhab, the feet must be covered in Salaah. (Fiqhul Ibaadaat – Shaafi’ee V1 P231).
