Q: Am I allowed to wear alcoholic perfume? If so when can I and when shouldn’t I use it?
A: The alcohol used in perfumes is of a type that is not impure (na-paak) in itself, though taking it orally is Haraam. Therefore, if it is not impure, it will be permissible to use such perfume externally.
