Q: I plan to marry my girl friend soon. I think it is ok to have sex outside of marriage, when we plan it, but she refuses.  What do you advise?


A. Whether there is mutual understanding or not, sexual intercourse, kissing, touching, etc. is totally forbidden before Nikah. This is only allowed after Nikah has taken place. Get married as soon as possible so that intercourse with her can become lawful.
