Can we make wudū’ with inglot breathable nail polish?

Does the Inglot breathable nail polish allow water to seep through, and make it permissible to wear during wudhu without removing it or not? Therefore, I wanted to know if it was still not considered permissible to wear when doing wudhu or not.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.  

Since we have not personally tested out such a product, nor have we received confirmation from any reliable scholar regarding the legitimacy of such a product, we still hold our original stance (i.e. wudū’ is invalid while wearing such a product[1]) as stated at the following link:

[قال الحصكفي] (وَ) لَا يَمْنَعُ (مَا عَلَى ظُفْرِ صَبَّاغٍ وَ) لَا (طَعَامٌ بَيْنَ أَسْنَانِهِ) أَوْ فِي سِنِّهِ الْمُجَوَّفِ بِهِ يُفْتَى. وَقِيلَ إنْ صُلْبًا مَنَعَ، وَهُوَ الْأَصَحُّ.

[قال ابن عابدين] (قَوْلُهُ: بِهِ يُفْتَى) صَرَّحَ بِهِ فِي الْخُلَاصَةِ وَقَالَ: لِأَنَّ الْمَاءَ شَيْءٌ لَطِيفٌ يَصِلُ تَحْتَهُ غَالِبًا اهـ وَيَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِ مَا قَدَّمْنَاهُ آنِفًا وَمُفَادُهُ عَدَمُ الْجَوَازِ إذَا عُلِمَ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَصِلْ الْمَاءُ تَحْتَهُ، قَالَ فِي الْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ أَثْبَتُ.

(قَوْلُهُ: إنْ صُلْبًا) بِضَمِّ الصَّادِ الْمُهْمَلَةِ وَسُكُونِ اللَّامِ وَهُوَ الشَّدِيدُ حِلْيَةٌ: أَيْ إنْ كَانَ مَمْضُوغًا مَضْغًا مُتَأَكِّدًا، بِحَيْثُ تَدَاخَلَتْ أَجْزَاؤُهُ وَصَارَ لَهُ لُزُوجَةٌ وَعِلَاكَةٌ كَالْعَجِينِ شَرْحُ الْمُنْيَةِ.

(قَوْلُهُ: وَهُوَ الْأَصَحُّ) صَرَّحَ بِهِ فِي شَرْحِ الْمُنْيَةِ وَقَالَ لِامْتِنَاعِ نُفُوذِ الْمَاءِ مَعَ عَدَمِ الضَّرُورَةِ وَالْحَرَجِ اِ هـ. وَلَا يَخْفَى أَنَّ هَذَا التَّصْحِيحَ لَا يُنَافِي مَا قَبْلَهُ فَافْهَمْ

وَالْعَجِينُ في الظُّفْرِ يَمْنَعُ تَمَامَ الِاغْتِسَالِ وَالْوَسَخُ وَالدَّرَنُ لَا يَمْنَعُ وَالْقَرَوِيُّ وَالْمَدَنِيُّ سَوَاءٌ وَالتُّرَابُ وَالطِّينُ في الظُّفْرِ لَا يَمْنَعُ وَالصَّرَّامُ وَالصَّبَّاغُ ما في ظُفْرِهِمَا يَمْنَعُ تَمَامَ الِاغْتِسَالِ وَقِيلَ كُلُّ ذلك يُجْزِيهِمْ لِلْحَرَجِ وَالضَّرُورَةِ وَمَوَاضِعُ الضَّرُورَةِ مُسْتَثْنَاةٌ عن قَوَاعِدِ الشَّرْعِ كَذَا في الظَّهِيرِيَّةِ
