this is in reference to Fatwa#: 28094, basically Khul’ah happened in India. The background was, husband wanted to have a second wife, so the wife didn’t agree to it and filed for Khul’ah at Qadhi’s office. Later husband also went and signed the papers, but both were not present in the same gathering. Did Khul’ah take place or not.
