If I forget and recite the same surah in the third or fourth rakah which I read in the second rakah. What should I do? Do I have to repeat salaah?
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Your salāh is valid. Qadhā is not necessary when reciting the same surah in two or more rakāhs.[1]

[وفي الشامية] لا بأس أن يقرأ سورة ويعيدها في الثانية (أفاد أنه يكره تنزيها) ، وأن يقرأ في الأولى من محل وفي الثانية من آخر ولو من سورة إن كان بينهما آيتان فأكثر ويكره الفصل بسورة قصيرة وأن يقرأ منكوسا إلا إذا ختم فيقرأ من البقرة…ولا يكره في النفل شيء من ذلك [در المختار، كتاب الصلوة، فروع يجب الاستمتاع للقراءة مطلقا، ج١، ص٥٤٦، سعيد]
