Is it permissible for a person in janābah (ritual impurity) to cut nails or removing unwanted hair?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

 

As-salāmu ‘alaykumwa-rahmatullāhiwa-barakātuh.

 

It is permissible; albeit disliked (makruhtanzihi); for a person in the state of janabah(ritual impurity) to cut nails or remove unwanted hair.[i]
